Here are the answers to the things we're asked most about Clubhouse Social.
From memberships and simulator reservations to guests, family hours, food, leagues and events, this is the best place to understand how The Clubhouse will work.
How Does Membership Work?
Clubhouse Social is built as a private club first, rather than a public simulator facility with memberships added on.
Do I need to be a member?
Clubhouse Social is membership-first. Members receive access to The Clubhouse, simulator reservations, member events and other benefits based on their membership level.
Limited non-member simulator reservations may be available during designated non-peak hours. Non-members may also visit as invited guests of members or attend qualifying events.
Can I just walk in and rent a simulator?
No. Clubhouse Social is a controlled-access private club, not a traditional public, hourly simulator business.
All visits require an advance reservation, event registration or valid access code. Limited non-member reservations may be available during designated non-peak hours, but walk-ins will not be offered.
Do I have to be a golfer to join?
No. Golf is a major part of Clubhouse Social, but it isn't the only reason to belong.
Members can use the social spaces, attend member events, meet friends, watch a game or simply enjoy The Clubhouse even when they aren't playing.
What hours will members have access?
Planned member access hours are 6 AM to midnight.
Specific access, reservation and guest policies may vary by membership level and time of day.
What membership levels will be available?
Clubhouse Social plans to offer four membership levels designed around how members expect to use the club.
Social provides full Clubhouse access, with simulator time reserved separately. Player includes monthly simulator time and enhanced reservation access for regular golfers. Premier includes additional monthly simulator time and a longer advance-booking window. Signature is designed for frequent golfers seeking the greatest simulator access and reservation flexibility.
Complete pricing and final membership terms will be confirmed before opening. Founding Members will choose their membership level closer to that time.
What benefits are included with membership?
All members receive access to The Clubhouse, preferred member rates on simulator time, advance reservation privileges and invitations to member-only leagues, events and social activities.
Additional benefits, including monthly simulator time and longer booking windows, will vary by membership level.
What About the Golf?
Play a round, practice, compete with friends or just hit balls for an hour.
How many golf simulators will there be?
Clubhouse Social will feature four premium widescreen simulator bays.
The bays are being designed to provide enough room for comfortable play while still giving each group its own space.
What simulator technology will you use?
The four simulator bays will feature TruGolf APOGEE launch-monitor technology, E6 Golf and multisport experiences.
The setup supports realistic course play, detailed shot data, practice sessions, leagues and a variety of golf and multisport games.
How will I reserve a simulator?
Members will be able to reserve simulator time through our online booking system.
Included play, member rates, booking windows and reservation privileges will vary by membership level.
How do reservation privileges differ?
Planned advance-booking windows are 7 days for Social, 14 days for Player, 21 days for Premier and 30 days for Signature.
Player, Premier and Signature memberships are expected to allow up to eight future simulator hours to be reserved at a time. Final reservation, cancellation and fair-use policies will be confirmed before opening.
Can I use a bay just to practice?
Absolutely. Your simulator time doesn't have to be a full round.
Members can work on their swing, dial in distances, hit the range, practice specific shots or use the shot data to better understand their game.

Can I Bring Other People?
Yes. The Clubhouse should be a place you can enjoy with the people you want to spend time with.
Can members bring guests?
Yes. Members will be able to bring friends, family members, colleagues and other invited guests.
Guest access will be subject to applicable guest fees, reservation rules and limits designed to protect member access during busy periods.
Can my spouse or children be added to my membership?
Yes. A Family Add-On allows you to add one spouse, partner or child living at that same address. The Household Add-On covers up to five additional household members living at that same address.
Are kids and teenagers allowed?
Yes. Guests under 21 are welcome with a parent or responsible adult during designated family hours.
The Clubhouse becomes 21+ beginning at 8 PM Monday through Wednesday and at 6 PM Thursday through Sunday.
Why are there evening age restrictions?
The policy is intended to protect both the experience our members expect and the safety of younger guests around active simulator bays.
Earlier hours are designed to be much more family-friendly, while evenings transition to a more adult clubhouse environment.
What Happens When I'm Not Golfing?
Clubhouse Social is meant to be somewhere you want to stay before and after your round too.
Can I bring my own drinks?
Yes. Clubhouse Social will be BYOB, subject to club policies and applicable laws.
Clubhouse Social will not sell, provide, store, open, pour or serve alcoholic beverages.
Can I bring or order food?
Yes. Members will be welcome to bring food or have it delivered to The Clubhouse.
We are developing partnerships with nearby restaurants to make ordering food to the club as easy as possible.
Will Clubhouse Social sell food or alcohol?
No. Clubhouse Social is not being designed as a restaurant or traditional bar.
The goal is to provide the social atmosphere of a clubhouse while giving members more flexibility over what they eat and drink.
Can I come to The Clubhouse without reserving a bay?
Yes. The social side of Clubhouse Social is an important part of the concept.
Members can come by to meet friends, watch sports, enjoy the social spaces or participate in member activities without every visit needing to revolve around a golf reservation.
What Else Will There Be to Do?
The goal is to create reasons to come back even when you don't have a tee time.
Will you have golf leagues?
Yes. Clubhouse Social will offer members-only indoor golf leagues.
Planned formats include weekly team leagues, match play, skins, tournaments and other competitions.
Will there be events that aren't golf-related?
Yes. Planned member events include watch parties, card nights, social competitions, family activities and other gatherings.
The goal is to give members reasons to enjoy The Clubhouse even when golf is not the focus of their visit.
Do members receive preferred pricing on leagues and events?
Yes. Members will receive discounted access to Clubhouse Social leagues, tournaments and other ticketed events.
Pricing will vary by event, but member rates will be designed to make it easier to participate regularly throughout the year.
Can I host a private event?
Yes. Clubhouse Social will be available for select private gatherings, corporate events, team outings and other group experiences.
Availability and pricing will depend on the type of event, group size, number of simulator bays needed and time of day.
Is Clubhouse Social only about golf?
Golf brings a lot of people through the door, but the goal is to create something broader than an indoor golf facility.
We want The Clubhouse to become a familiar neighborhood place where members play, socialize, meet people and spend time year-round.
When Can I Get In?
When will Clubhouse Social open?
We are targeting a late 2026 opening in Arlington Heights.
Construction, permitting and final preparations are underway. We'll share more specific timing as we get closer.
Can I reserve a Founding Membership now?
Yes. A fully refundable $150 deposit reserves your Clubhouse Social membership and applies toward your future membership fees.
You do not need to choose a membership level when you place your deposit. You can select the option that fits you best closer to opening, once final pricing and benefits are confirmed.
Reserving now locks in Founding Member pricing for as long as your membership remains active.
Your $150 deposit is fully refundable for any reason if your plans change.
